The project is a two-story residential villa consisting of 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 7 bathrooms, and an internal kitchen.
The work is divided into two parts:
– The first is maintenance work:
This is general maintenance of the property, both inside and out, and fully preparing it for leasing.
This includes repairing cracks and damp areas, painting the walls and ceilings, electrical maintenance, plumbing maintenance, replacing false ceilings, replacing all kitchen cabinets, maintaining air conditioning, treating and maintaining doors and windows, maintaining and treating floors, and cleaning the property after completing all maintenance work.
– The second is adding an annex:
This is the construction of an additional annex consisting of a kitchen, storage room, maid’s room, and laundry room.
The work includes:
The first stage is issuing the necessary permits from Dubai Municipality to approve the construction of the annex and issuing building plans through an accredited and registered engineering consulting company.
The second stage is constructing the annex from the foundations to the turnkey delivery.
